Singles have typically borne the brunt of policies when it comes to HDB policies, with more constraints limiting their HDB purchases, as compared to heterosexual couples.
However, with the recent announcement at the National Day Rally, singles can now apply for flat all across the island in the near future, and are no longer bound by the limitations of “mature-only estates”.
